CK Massage & Spa
Unlimited Sharing - Members can have any number of non-members accompany them to the spa and share their member benefits. However, the membership holder must be getting a service at the same time as their guests. The services do not have to be the same service, length, or price, but the appointment times must overlap.
Member Prices - Member prices are listed in blue on our menu. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Points - Points can be accrued by scheduling online (5 pts.), trying a new service (10 pts.), having a birthday (50 pts.), and by referring people to CK (100 pts.). 10 pts. = $1 in store credit. Credit can be used towards member-rate services and upgrades. Points cannot be used to buy deals, gift cards, products, or be exchanged for cash.
Referring Friends - When coming in for the first time, the individual being referred must put the name of the member who referred them in the designated spot on the intake form. If the member’s name is misspelled or not included on the form, the member may not receive points for the referral. A referral only counts if the referred individual comes in for at least one appointment with CK.
Unlimited Use - You can use your membership as much as you would like. There are no restrictions on how many times you can come in.
10% OFF Product - Members get 10% of the retail rate off of products. Some restrictions apply.
Packages & Series - There are a number of packages and series for members to take advantage of.
Series - A series is a number of individual credits that can be applied to one or more services. For example, a series of three services could be applied to just one service only like a Nail Bar Manicure three times, or the credits could be used for multiple services like 60 minute massages and spa facials. Unless otherwise specified, a series can be any mixture of the applicable services.
Packages - A package is a group of services; the same service is never in a package twice. Packages are intended to take multiple services and put them into one appointment. Packages cannot be split into multiple days or appointments. Appointments must be done in one day and consecutively. Packages can be added to a series. ie. You can have a series of 1+ packages.
"Member Only Use" - This means that it is possible for ANYONE to buy the deal or item, but only CURRENT members can use it. If you don’t have a membership or if your membership is not current, it will put a hold on the item. You will only be eligible to use it if you buy or bring your membership current. It can be refunded for cash value to a gift card for store credit only.
"Member Only Purchase" - This means that only members can purchase the deal or item but anyone can use it. If a non-member purchases a “member only purchase” item, that item will not be applicable for use by a non-member and the item will be frozen or can be refunded for cash value to a gift card for store credit only. Current members MAY use a ‘member only purchase’ item purchased by a non-member.
No Contract - There is no contract associated with your membership. There is no month-to-month contract or term contract. This means that you may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel your membership, all benefits are instantly forfeited or frozen. If you cancel your membership after using it, you will not be eligible for a refund. If your membership renews and you do not use your membership, you can have your membership refunded in full upon request for up to 30 days after your membership renewal.
Auto-Renewal - Your membership is a year-to-year membership, that will renew automatically with a card on file of your choice.
If your card is declined, we will contact you by phone to collect your membership renewal fee. If you do no want your membership renewed, please cancel your membership. Otherwise, we will attempt to renew your membership the following year.
MEMBERSHIP CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS
If you purchase a discount or receive a coupon, they cannot be combined with the membership rates unless expressly written. All promotions are based on the retail rates: the retail rates are the prices listed in black on the menu.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointment Cancellation - We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
We must receive notice of cancellation at least by the close of the previous business day. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us this advance notice, you will be charged 40% of the appointment cost for your canceled appointment. This fee is intended to cover payment for your commissioned practitioner.
No-shows - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a ‘no-show.” They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.
All sales are final. Service purchases can be transfered to store credit.
GIFT CARDS / GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift cards and gift certificates purchased during a promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions. Purchase of a gift certificate or gift card does not guarantee your preferred appointment day or time. Gift card/certificates expire six months after purchase unless specified otherwise. Only the promotional value expires; cash value never expires. Gift cards are a dollar amount, gift certificates are 1 or more services.
LATE ARRIVAL TO AN APPOINTMENT
If you are late to an appointment your service MAY be cut short or may need to be rescheduled. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the original full service.
Your membership can be transferred one time through the life of your membership.
Your membership can be upgraded from an individual to a household membership at any time. Since this involves canceling your individual membership and beginning a new household membership, the prorated balance of your individual membership will be applied to your new household membership. Your membership will restart from the day you upgrade. Downgrading your membership from a household membership to an individual membership can only be done at the time of membership renewal.
